Custom business software · Miami Lakes, Florida
Custom ERP, CRM and warehouse software for businesses that move goods.
SALES TEC builds ERP, CRM, warehouse and supply chain systems, plus the integrations and data migrations around them. Every project starts with a paid discovery phase. You see a demo on a staging site every two weeks and own the source code at the end.

One connected system, or just the missing piece.
Start with the module that hurts most. Everything we build is designed to connect, so the second piece is easier than the first.

When a packaged ERP is the better buy.
Custom software costs more upfront and pays off when your process is what customers pay for. Here is how the three options compare.

Discover
We sit with the people who run the process, read your data exports and map the exceptions. You get a findings document and a fixed-price proposal for the first release. Both are yours to keep.
Findings document, prioritized scope, risk register

Blueprint
Screens, data model and integration map, reviewed with you before code is written. A clickable prototype lets your team react to real screens. Changing a screen costs an afternoon now and a sprint later.

- 03
Build
Two-week sprints. Each ends with a demo on a staging site loaded with your data. Your team tests the early builds and decides what comes next.
A demo every two weeks

Launch
Migration rehearsed on copies and reconciled to control totals, users trained, go-live in phases with a rollback point. Our developers work alongside your team through go-live week and check in daily for the first month.

How we would approach three common problems.
These are illustrative scenarios, not client stories. Each shows what we would build and what we would measure.
- BP-01From emailed orders to a clean ERP entryA wholesale distributor receives most orders as emails and PDFs from repeat customers. Two people re-type them into the ERP each day.
- BP-02Billing a 3PL client for every activityA third-party logistics operator stores and ships for several clients, each with its own rates for storage, receiving, picking and special handling.
- BP-03Container milestones, last free day and landed costAn importer receives containers from several suppliers through different forwarders. Documents and status arrive by email, and cost is finalized weeks after the goods are on the shelf.
Hiring a new supplier is a risk. Here is how we limit it.
- You own it
- At handover you receive the source code, the database, the documentation and the deployment scripts. There is no license to renew.
- Paid discovery first
- Discovery is a fixed-scope, paid phase. You keep the findings document and the fixed-price proposal whether or not you hire us to build.
- A demo every two weeks
- You see the build on a staging site with your data in it, and you decide what gets built next.
- Packaged if it fits
- If an off-the-shelf product suits your process, we help you shortlist it instead of selling you a build.
Guides on ERP, WMS and integration decisions.
All insightsCommon questions.
What does a custom software project cost?
It depends on scope, integrations, data quality and the number of users. You can send a project brief now. It tells us enough to propose discovery, and discovery ends in a fixed-price proposal for the first release. Our guide to custom ERP cost lists the drivers and shows how to estimate a budget before you talk to anyone.
How long does it take?
Discovery gives you a schedule for your scope. Projects go live in phases so the first release reaches users well before the last one.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, database, documentation and deployment scripts are handed over at the end of the work.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share process details, data or documents.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In hosting you own. We access it only with the permissions you grant, and we return or delete your data at the end of an engagement if you ask.
